William Creekmore is a 12 year old 6th grader from Plattsmouth and diagnosed with

acute lymphoblastic leukemia in March 2011.  He enjoys video games and spending

time with his friends.  He also loves his animals; he has two dogs and a cat.  William

has a very giving heart and formed his own fund raiser for Children's Hospital to

help support the children who are hospitalized with cancer

by making and selling jewelry.

William is a member of a new relay team - the team was formed in his honor to

benefit the American Cancer Society's research and education about cancers

including William's type.  William's team is Jewels of Hope.  Please stop by the

Relay on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Plattsmouth High School and cheer them

on.  If you have any questions, please visit www.relayforlife.org/casscone.

William is in need of a bone marrow transplant within the next 5-6 weeks.

Unfortunately they have been unable to find a match.  If you or someone you

know would be interested in being tested to see if you are a match or to get

more information, please go to www.GetSwabbed.org/register.  A free
