The Weeping Water School Board is pleased to announce that Adrian Allen has accepted the position of Superintendent. The board officially approved his contract at last night's meeting, and he will begin his role on July 1, 2025, taking over for our current superintendent, Mr. Kevin Reiman.

About Mr. Allen's Experience:

  • Superintendent | Sterling Public Schools (July 2020 - Present)

  • K-12 Principal | Dorchester Public Schools (2014 - 2020)

  • K-12 Physical Education, Health & Coaching | Dorchester Public Schools (2012 - 2020)

  • Activities Director & Transportation Director | Greeley-Wolbach Public Schools (2008 - 2012)

Mr. Allen brings a wealth of experience in leadership, education, and student-focused growth to Weeping Water. We are excited about the future of our district under his leadership!

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Adrian Allen to the Weeping Water community as we continue to focus on excellence in education.

 City of Weeping Water trash collection schedule

For the upcoming holiday schedule, garbage will still be collected on Tuesday, December 24th and 31st. 
Recycling collection will be delayed one day.  It will be picked up on Thursday, December 26th and January 2nd.

Pam Fitch

Condolences to the Family and Friends of
PAM (WOMAK) FITCH
who passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at her home in Nebraska City with her family surrounding her.

Pam worked in admin at Conestoga High School several years ago. She'll be fondly remembered for her warm personality and friendly smile.

Arrangements for services and Pam's complete obituary are being made with Marshal Funeral Home in Nebraska City.
