The City of Weeping Water is currently accepting bids for the operation of the Concession Stand at the Weeping Water Ballfield during the summer ball season for the ensuing year. Bidders must be prepared to operate the concession stand for all scheduled games. Operation of the stand during Limestone Day festivities is optional. Additional information and a copy of the proposed contract may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk's office.
All interested persons may submit a proposal to the City Clerk, PO Box 329, Weeping Water, NE 68463 by 2pm on Friday, April 10, 2015. Minimum Bid-$500.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in bids submitted.

The Pet Clinic is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 9-11am at the fire barn. Plattsmouth Veterinary Clinic personnel will be on hand to give vaccinations and you can also license your pet(s) at that time. There is a $7 per pet licensing fee and you need to have proof of rabies vaccine. All pets must be licensed by May 1st. You can stop by the city office anytime between the hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday to license also.
Any person who owns, possesses, keeps, harbors, or has charge, custody, or control of an animal or permits an animal to habitually remain or be lodged or fed within his or her house, store, building, enclosure, yard, lot, grounds, or premises must license that animal. This includes BOTH dogs and cats.
