
Don't forget the Pet Clinic is scheduled for this Saturday, April 18 from 9-11am at the fire barn. Plattsmouth Veterinary Clinic personnel will be on hand to give vaccinations and City personnel will also to be on hand to license your pet(s) at that time. There is a $7 per pet licensing fee and you need to have proof of rabies vaccine. All pets must be licensed by May 1st. You can stop by the city office anytime between the hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday to license also.
Any person who owns, possesses, keeps, harbors, or has charge, custody, or control of an animal or permits an animal to habitually remain or be lodged or fed within his or her house, store, building, enclosure, yard, lot, grounds, or premises must license that animal. This includes BOTH dogs and cats.
